We use your information to:

• Analyze your adjuster estimates and generate supplement reports
• Provide customer support
• Process payments
• Improve our analysis accuracy and service
• Send service-related communications

3. Document Security

Your uploaded estimate PDFs contain sensitive claim information. We take this seriously:

• All uploads are encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest (AES-256)
• Documents are processed automatically and not reviewed by humans (unless you opt into Enterprise tier with human review)
• You may request deletion of all your uploaded documents at any time
• We do not sell, share, or distribute your claim documents to any third party

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:

• Stripe: For payment processing
• AI providers: Document text is sent to AI APIs for analysis (no personally identifiable claim information is retained by AI providers beyond processing)
• Legal requirements: If required by law

• Request deletion of your data and uploaded documents
• Opt out of marketing communications
• Cancel your account at any time
